While not currently having any legal structure, our work is guided by a constitution. We hope that our constitution will be formally adopted before the end of 2013. Our work is progressed through working groups of which there is currently four. Each working group has a coordinator, whose responsibility it is to ensure that the working group terms of reference are fulfilled in an effective and timely manner.
